  We had a bit of a stressful experience moving, as we couldn’t move in on the agreed date. However, we had an exceptional support experience from Keira who went above and beyond and helped ease any worries we had. She was very hands on our move day and even before the day, always followed up and clarified any questions we had. Thank you Keira

  Millie managed to get us a proven tenant in about 5days...our previous agent didn't manage that in nearly 4months. She was keen,polite and efficient and I would recommend anyone who wants to appoint a letting agent to find her at Haart's Coventry.It was a real pleasure dealing with her and she deserves to make a success of her career.I would have no hesitation passing on more business.   Unfortunately I have not had the smoothest of experiences with Haart lettings. I hope I am the only one who experiences this. My landlord has his property managed through Haart and so would need to contact them in the first instance. I had a faulty outdoor tap that was causing damage to the property. I tried in vain to get hold of the pm team but no calls were ever answered meaning I had to go directly to my landlord. I was also some 5 months out of my tenancy agreement (I still kept paying my rent as this isn’t the fault of the landlord). It expired in June and wasn’t renewed until January. Finally, when I moved out, I had to wait a very long time to hear about my deposit return and this was only after numerous times chasing. Once the amount was finally agreed, I was then told I had to wait a further 3-5 days for processing meaning it would have been into the 4th week of vacating the property and ultimately left me in financial difficulty. It would have massively helped if the refund process could / would have been quicker but I didn’t feel comfortable asking for this after already doing so much chasing. Overall, I’d say the communication element of our dealings was very poor, most times calls would just ring out and no answer and also email response was fairly slow. Again, it might just be my experience but to have to wait well over 3 weeks to finalise the deposit return agreement and then further delay due to processing times has just added to my dissapointment. Hopefully, this is something that can be improved in the future so that other peoples experiences are better.
